Warning

- Days of arrival/departure: friday/friday - saturday/saturday - sunday/sunday

- Air conditioning and Sat-TV are included in the price of Cottage (Couple and Family) and Bungalows Comfort and Maxi and Smart.

- The rates include: a car parking, hot and cold running water, gas, electricity, bed-linen, cooking utensils, our private beach not equipped, swimming-pool and animation from 06/06 till 06/09. For every additional person there is a daily charge of € 5,00 from 24/04 to 30/05 and from 22/08 to 29/09, and a daily charge of € 10,00 from 07/06 to 23/08.

- Animals are not admitted.

- Advance payment must be made on arrival.

- WE DON'T ACCEPT  CHEQUES.

Condition of lease
The lodging will be at your disposal from 4.30 o'clock p.m. when you arrive. A caution of 150,00 euro will be requested on your arrival. This caution will be returned to you on your departure or, against chek of the inventory, deducted in case of damages, deteriorations or lack of material. Lodges must be left free, clean and tidy before 09.30 o'clock a.m. of the departure day, otherwise a lump sum of 30,00 euro will be deducted for the final cleaning.
