Prices include: VAT, one accommodation unit per pitch, one parking space, use of the hot water showers and swimming pools (from 20 May to 15 September), entertainment and miniclub (from 5 June to 5 September), shuttle service to the beach and back (from 1 June to 5 September), use of the holiday village sports facilities.
- a “small tent“ refers to a Canadian-style tent for a maximum of two people, without parking space and power supply connection.
- an additional day will be charged for departures after 1.00 p.m.
- The daily rate per person will be charged for visitors who stay on the campsite longer than two hours.
- The following quiet periods apply in June, July and August when peace and quiet must be observed: from 1.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. and from 11.30 p.m. to 7.00 a.m. During the quiet periods, the use of motor vehicles is not permitted. Likewise, any noise that may disturb others must be avoided.
- The following “minimum price“ is the rate payable solely for the pitch per day:
July: Category A = 31 euro, Category B = 35 euro, Category C = 42 euro
August: Category A = 36 euro, Category B = 39 euro, Category C = 47 euro

OUR SPECIAL BEACH OFFER "SPIAGGIA":  sunshade + 2 loungers = from 12 June to 28 August per week 65 euro extra and from 20 May to 12 June and from 28 August to 19 September per week 45 euro extra – pets are not allowed on the beach.

SPECIAL OFFER "RESTAURANT INCLUDED " – surcharge per person and day:
Full-board = 25 euro - Children 4-10 years = 16 euro (with children’s menu)
Half-board = 20 euro - Children 4-10 years = 10 euro (with children’s menu)
Children 0-4 years: free-of-charge!

PITCH RESERVATION
The reservation must be confirmed by an advance payment of 100 euro (excluding reservation fee) within two weeks of making the reservation. The advance payment may be paid by postal order to BAIOCCHI STEFANIA, VIA ADRIATICA 29, 47043 GATTEO MARE (FC), or by credit card. We would like to point out that reservations for pitches in August will only be accepted for a stay of a minimum of 14 nights.

Should your arrival be later or your departure be earlier than the period booked, the entire period booked must be paid for.
In the event of late arrival, the accommodation unit or the pitch will be reserved for you until 3.00 p.m. on the day following the date of arrival booked. If your arrival is going to be later, please inform us without fail by telephone timely in advance. For organisational reasons, the management reserves the right to change the pitch number that was assigned at the time of reservation.

Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation, the customer will be refunded the advance payment or part of the advance payment depending on when the cancellation is received.
In the event of a written cancellation received at the latest 30 days before the start of the period booked, the entire advance payment less a booking fee will be refunded.
Upon the expiration of the 30-day period, the advance payment will not be refunded.

Prices include: 7 overnight stays for the persons named on the reservation, a dedicated parking space, electricity, gas, hot water, television and air-conditioning (only for cottages and bungalows in the Smart, Comfort, Maxi categories), cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, fresh bed linen each week, use of the swimming pool (from 20 May to 15 September), entertainment and miniclub (from 5 June to 5 September), shuttle service to the beach and back (from 1 June to 5 September), use of the holiday village sports facilities.
No towels or linen are provided for the bathroom and kitchen.

The accommodation is available from 4.30 p.m. on the day of arrival. Checkout is at 9.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
The accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition, otherwise the flat-rate charge of 30 euro for the final cleaning will be retained.
Upon arrival, a deposit of 150 euro is payable, which will be refunded upon departure following a visual check of the accommodation and an inventory. Any damage, breakages or missing items will be deducted from the deposit.
For each additional person (insofar as this has been allowed), a daily rate of 5 euro (from 20 May to 5 June and from 21 August to 19 September) or 10 euro (from 6 June to 20 August) will be charged.

Arrival and departure is only possible on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
